FLAT 13 is a one bedroom, fully equipped self-catering apartment with a view of Nirvana Drive and is ideal for 4 persons.
The bedroom has a double bed, basin, cupboards, balcony and ceiling fan.
Beautiful in cheerful blue accents, the lounge area has two single beds, a couch, TV with OVHD standard channels.
FLAT 13 has an open plan kitchen with a stove, fridge, toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board and more – feel at home.
FLAT 13 has a sunny bathroom, with a shower, basin, toilet, mirror and accessories.

- All flats/apartments have fans – ceiling fans or a standing fan, not in every room, but in most of them.
- All rooms have a musallah and some english kitaabs, Quran. If you don’t find it in the room, it may be gone for cleaning or in use. Please notify us, if you require one.
Our rooms are self-catering. For your convenience, we supply at arrival only, per bathroom: 1 set of towels (2 bath, 1 hand), 1 toilet roll, bodywash, handwash. - All rooms have blankets, all beds have fresh linen, linen for sleeper couches (where applicable) can be found in the cupboard. If more are required, please give us a call.
- All rooms have an iron, ironing board, cleaning equipment. All Self-catering apartments have basic dishes and cutlery, stove, kettle, microwave, kitchenette etc. Flat 22 has a small undercounter fridge, a kettle, cups.
- Rooms are only serviced for long stays or by prior arrangement at terms agreed upon. Most people are out all day, prefer privacy or are not available. Because of this, we only clean by arrangement, call us a day ahead to let us know when you’ll require us to tidy up. This way we won’t disturb you and you have time to secure your belongings.
