Flat 23 is a Second Floor Apartment with One Parking and a Back Facing Balcony, ideally suited for 4 persons.
Flat 23 has one Bedroom with a double bed, cupboards, ceiling fan, mirror, side tables, ottoman, iron and ironing board, hangers and more.
The open plan Lounge has a two single beds, a couch, TV with standard OVHD channels and a balcony overlooking Lenasia extension 13.
The open plan Fitted Kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, cutlery, crockery and more.
The Bathroom has a shower, basin, toilet, mirror and accessories.
Although we are self-catering, for your convenience, Upon arrival, We supply one complimentary “starterpack” set of towels which includes 2 bath towels, one hand towel, handwashing gel, shower gel and one toilet roll.

Flats 21, 22, 23, 24 are on the second floor.
- All flats/apartments have fans – ceiling fans or a standing fan, not in every room, but in most of them.
- All rooms have a musallah and some english kitaabs, Quran. If you don’t find it in the room, it may be gone for cleaning or in use. Please notify us, if you require one.
Our rooms are self-catering. For your convenience, we supply at arrival only, per bathroom: 1 set of towels (2 bath, 1 hand), 1 toilet roll, bodywash, handwash. - All rooms have blankets, all beds have fresh linen, linen for sleeper couches (where applicable) can be found in the cupboard. If more are required, please give us a call.
- All rooms have an iron, ironing board, cleaning equipment. All Self-catering apartments have basic dishes and cutlery, stove, kettle, microwave, kitchenette etc. Flat 22 has a small undercounter fridge, a kettle, cups.
- Rooms are only serviced for long stays or by prior arrangement at terms agreed upon. Most people are out all day, prefer privacy or are not available. Because of this, we only clean by arrangement, call us a day ahead to let us know when you’ll require us to tidy up. This way we won’t disturb you and you have time to secure your belongings.
