Bookings will be confirmed and secured when a non-refundable minimum 100% payment which is cleared in our account. FULL payment for any booking busy/holiday periods, festive seasons, immediate bookings, block bookings, business, monthly bookings or as specified is made to the following account -Account: A. A. - R350 or R500 (rate dependant on booking), custom deposits for longer or tailor made stays, WBDMICO i.e. Wastage, Breakages, Damages, Missing Items, late Check-out Deposit per apartment (separate from rate) must be paid before arrival, with booking to secure booking. This is refundable within 3-5 working days if all is in order. Please supply your banking details for this purpose with proof of payment.

- Cancellation Policy: If cancelled more than 21 working days before check-in date, 10% of full amount received will be deducted for cancellations. If cancelled 21 days or less before check-in date, 20% of full amount received will be deducted for cancellations. No Cancellations for no-shows or booking variations once booking has commenced. For Easter, December and Public/Long Holidays/Weekends, any cancellations under 90 days, a deduction of 20% of the full booking will retained by us.
